1 of my favorites is Steak roll ups. You find a nice thin sliced quality piece of beef, marinade it in your favorite marinade. Take some fresh baby spinach, raw sliced peppers, chopped garlic, sun dried tomatoes and some fresh grated Parmesan. Lay out your steak and place a layer of spinach across 3/4 of the steak leaving a bare space at one end of the steak, top with a few slices of peppers and sun dried tomatoes, sprinkle with some garlic and Parmesan. roll up the steak starting at the end that has the veggies and place 2 toothpicks to hold together once rolled. Cook in a nonstick pan with no oils or grease lightly browning the meat, it will cook quickly because the beef is sliced thin. You can drizzle some extra marinade on top when done. This goes very well with a nice fresh salad. It is good for people that enjoy beef but do not want to over indulge!

Yes I'm a good cook and my two favourite dishes are my lasagna and also the sunday roast I do every week with home made Yorkshire Puddings. I'm a Yorkshire lass so they're the proper stuff.

Yes I can. Being part Indian, my favorite meal to cook is a curry with all the side dishes. I only tend to make it, these days, when all the family come home.

Everyone in the family cooks to some degree.. male and female. My guys fav is chili mac, spaghetti and this Thai red curry sauce dish he makes with seafood and meat served over rice.
I like to make veggie soup, lasagna, manicotti, and just plain old hamburgers!

Yes I can cook...everyone calls me Betty Crocker! I strive to be Martha Stewart without the jail term! I can cook pretty much whatever someone asks for...I also decorate cakes very well too!

Yes! I love to cook. I love cooking Italian food like Gnocchi, lasagna, risotto, and pastas. I love Jamaican dishes like Jamaican chicken. My homemade pot pies are great.

It depends. Ilove to make stew and sweet corn muffins on cold days. I enjoy baking cookies and decorating them with the kids. I guess I would really have to go with one dish meals, like stir fry.
