If this person is as close to you as you say, then tell her that her boyfriend is a cheater.
But be prepared for a possible backlash.
Sometimes girls don't want to hear the truth about what their boyfriends are doing.
Should your friend get angry at you for revealing the truth about her man to her, then accept whatever decision your friend makes in terms of your friendship. At least your conscience will be cleared.
Just make sure that when you go to her about her boyfriend, that what you'll be telling her about him is the truth and nothing but the truth.

you kinda of stay out of it but lead your friend to a cruel on her own. DO NOT TELL YOUR FRIEND because your friendship will be heading to an end

Stay out of it, or you will lose your friend. the chances are that they will not want to believe it anyway. Let them find out on their own.

a true friend would let them know. it's hard to get involved, but if you don't and your friend finds out that you knew, you could lose them anyway.
