if he is "the seer" and prophet. why does he wear glasses?

There is no "if" about it. And he even being a seer and a prophet is still human connected by Spirit as in essence we are all Spirit living a human life we are affected by the human condition. I wont say too much here but I as well wear glasses and many mediums do it doesnt mean that just because we wear glasses that we cannot see - the third eye does not need glasses to see.

I know this is a joke question but I thought I'd be the educator here.

A prophet does not see with his eyes.

God reveals thing to him in visions.

I have no idea if Gordon Bitner Hinckley is a true prophet.

Just because he is a prophet doesn't mean he can't have bad eyesight. He is still human. He sees spiritual things clearer than you or or ever could though, and that is the important stuff.

Because he's almost 100 years old (97) and has bad eyesight.

I think they don't believe he is a prophet, They believe he is an apostle.
