Play top trumps! Last flight I was on a small boy's dad volunteered a loan of his son's deck of military planes. Passes the time and provides a winner for future game potential / loser for forfeits.

Would also say nothing loud or stupid because there's nothing worse than a group playing up when you're locked in a cigar tube in close proximity to them for a few hours :)
