Got my invisalign yesterday?

it hurts badly to take the trays out and eat i tried motrin but did not help much and my mouth is starting to feel dry, any advice whats the best thing to eat right now?

EAT FOODS THAT ARE EASY TO CHEW, AND STAY AWAY FROM JAWBREAKERS, LOL
