Everyone keeps nagging at me for not eating properly although I think I am...

I have been made to make a food diary.. please take a look and let me know what you think/suggest??

Wednesday 14th November

Large cheese and tomato baguette 10.20am

2 x Chocolate Digestives 12.30am

1 x Babybel 12.33am

5 x grapes 12.33am

1 x slice of toast with butter 3.40pm

1 x plum 3.50pm

1 x salt and vinegar snack a jacks 6.00pm

1/3 pack Haribo Strawbs 7.30pm

1 x small cheese pizza 8.00pm

Thursday 15th November

1 x chocolate croissant 8.30am

1 x babybel 10.20am

1 x party ring 10.38am

2 x custard cream 10.38am

1 x plum 10.57am

If you have enough time to be on this computer and write that down then you have enough time to get in the kitchen and fix you a sandwich.

Get going and get some food in you!!

thats sounds good! but what your eating is enough to keep you going. u may not be the most healthy person ever but its around the RDI (recommended daily intake) but you should have at least once good health meal every few days

Wow...you do like your sweets! lol...honestly though, you eat quite a bit...you eat more in one day than I do in three...It's good that you're eating fruit, but you seem to be lacking in the veggie department, perhaps you should work on that.
