They are liars if they pretend not to understand how it feels to disbelieve in the Gods, claims and beliefs of others...I think Christians protest atheism too much seeing as they disbelieve in vastly more Gods than they believe in and with respect of those Gods are as atheist as any atheist. What do you say?

To be fair I said Christians are as atheist as any atheist in regard to those other Gods they disbelieve in.

Iris85: I think you've got it...I would like Christians to just stop pretending they don't understand how people can disbelieve their God, it is disingenuous of them when they are masters of disbelief in Gods.

And just because we believe in one more God than you do, you consider us ignorant, stupid, mentally disabled, etc. We hear it all the time.

As a Christian. I can answer you simply.
There is only One GOD.
Everything else is of satans hand to move people away from the truth. Disbelieving isn't something I do. I learned the difference between right and wrong.
As for your inflammatory remarks of me being a liar. I would say that you need to do some research into what Christian belief is with an OPEN mind.

I don't disbelieve in God at all. I just know you are worshipping false ones. Whether they be of stone, metal, glass, gas, or water..whatever of a natural substance...they are simply misused items made by the Creator of all things. They have no life, make no claims, and are totally impotent to do anything other than what the Creator has designed them to do. If that god is a philosophy it is even more impotent, for that truly springs from the thoughts of mortal man. The God I serve has interacted with His creation in a very real fashion that may be examined by anyone willing to make an honest attempt.

So in the same way, these who believe in Ra or Shiva are atheists because they don't believe in Christianity, Islam etc.
Conclusion : Everybody is atheist !
Because each human does not believe in the god/gods of the other people !
Let people believe in everything they want,
Christ, Allah, Buddha, Zeus and 12 gods, Shiva even in Manchester United !

The questioner has asked a very srrange question. Lord Shiva worshiped by Hindu religion. Hindu religion does not force any person including Athesists to believe on any Hindu God. Accordingly, the question does not have any sense. Regarding Athesists,Hindu religion says if some one carries his/her duty with truthfully and honesty then he/she is follower of the best religion as "Work is Worship". Thus there is no question for any one to believe or otherwise of any God of Hindu religion. For example,Lord Budhha was taken birth in Hindu traditional family but Budhhists do not believe in God. Moreover, Hindu worshiped Lord Budhha as an incration of Lord Vishnu .In such manner this can be taken an act of defame Lord Shiva as asked in the question due to lack of knowledge of Hindu religion.. Thanks for the questioner to know the fact about Hindu religion.

True Christianity believes in only ONE God. It is called mono-theism. To believe in Ra or Shiva or any other god would be contradictory and illogical, since that would be polytheism.
Labeling Christians liars for adhering to their beliefs, is terribly unreasonable. Using your logic, you could argue that Hindus, Christians, Buddhists, and any other religious sect are LIARS for justifying themselves through spiritual means rather than Science.
What do you say?

Christians are 99% Atheists. Out of all the Gods out there, Christians believe in ONE of them and reject all of the remaining ones.
Hey, calling us liars is offensive. So you better think about it next time, mate.

I find that only the dimmest Christians actually believe this line of reasoning. I'm talking about the ones who have a hard time walking and chewing gum at the same time. @No Chance, so you disbelieve Islam in a different way than I do? Wtf? @Towlie: "You maintain that there is no transgression in the first place" False. We maintain that transgression takes place against our fellow man, not some being in an unknown heavenly dimension.

Christians are atheistic in their disbelief of every God but their own. To label them as atheists is not quite the proper way to phrase it. As they do believe in one God. It is somewhat funny to see how viciously they react to being labeled an atheist though. To them it is like being called a Satan worshipper.

As the bible claims that god said worship no other god than me,it clearly claims that god believes in other gods existing, just not wanting them to be worshiped. Thus christians are disagreeing with their god's belief, even if doing what he says.
