It gave Nick Cave the inspiration for a great novel called ''And the Angel Saw the A*s''. I think, otherwise, Balaam's donkey is of very limited use.
LOL - I can't actually type the full word for donkey in UK English because Yahoo's moral spell check can't tell the difference between a donkey and an ars*! :D

In my estimation the bible is just a book of god myths, but to the Christian the answer to your question is no. Because it shows God's power, if he can make a donkey talk then he can help the Christian with their problems.

being that the bible has no credibility to begin with, talking donkeys don't affect it's credibility at all.
it does make for a cute story though. a man beats his donkey for not behaving to the point that the donkey starts talking.
i wonder why they don't make a pop-up version of that for kids like they do noah's ark?

Don't you think that an Almighty God can do as He wishes?
The Bible records many of the works and acts of God.
Too bad you can't seem to grasp the knowledge that there is Someone more powerful than man.

If it were only one talking animal, it wouldn't be such a big deal. But a talking donkey AND a talking snake?

You're obviously aware of the fact that the bible is as valid a document, and should be taken as seriously as any other comic book.
