The speak / Free speaking?

English word sensitive problem..
I want know just how feeling about these words
for homepage name..

the speak / free speaking

is "the speak" withous "s" is correct expression?
or some strange?
i coudn.t feel that how diffrent words between "the speak," and "the speaks".
i like this name"the speak" personally, but i'm not sure that word is corrected or not.
And..what think about when you hear the word "the speak" "free speaking" is it OK..or strange? if you feel strange.. i want know why?
which word is best choice for homepage name for person who want learn to english ? could you give to me some advise ?

"Speech" is the correct noun. "The speak" is not something we would say.
You may be thinking about "free speaker" or "speaking freely".
