You can recreate your own Windows CD from your existing Acer laptop. See the guide:

Read the Acer User Manual FIRST. It explains, Step by Step, how to use the Recovery Disks.

Then, back up all your personal data before using the recovery disks. The procedure wipes the hard drive clean and returns your Acer to the way it was when you bought it.

Those recovery disks *SHOULD* do the job. Combined, they should be an image of the HDD as it would have been out of the box. So you won't have a Windows disk per se, but using the recovery disks you will create a new Windows installation along with all the other crap ware that came with the computer.

The Acer Aspire one has a restore partition, which can be accessed by clicking the acer erecovery management (icon on the desktop). If it isn`t there, it`s all programs - acer - acer erecovery. OR. Click Alt and F10 at startup.
