I carry 110 pound conduit at work. Not sure about 123, but don't see why not if I can throw you over my shoulder like the firemen do with no struggling. Or, if you can hop on my back and hug me tight, we'd go aways more. It is all about body mechanics. I am more than twice your age, average height and not obese.
