My Friend was saying that when u get there everyone is carrying around bags!

My question is: is he tellin the truth or liein to me??

As I don’t want to look like a fool when i get there if no one else is carrying around a suitcase lol!!

Woodbury Commons Mall is an outlet mall about 90 minutes outside of Manhattan where you can get some really fantastic deals if you know your prices well. If you take a bus from NYC, it does make sense to take a suitcase or some other large carrying case with you, because it's an all day trip, and you never know what fabulous deal you may find, or how large the item you find might be. And if you take a bus up there, you'll be stuck carrying all of that stuff around the mall all day until it's time for the ride home, and also on the bus itself. My suggestion is to bring one of those suitcases that are on wheels that you can pull so that your arms don't get too tired. If you think a suitcase is too big, then try a rolling backpack like students use. This would be good especially if you know you are only going to buy smaller items.

Do you mean Woodbury Commons? It's not in New York City FYI. People carry around bags because they are shopping. I've never seen people with suitcases unless they purchased one. If it's the mall I am thinking about, it's a high end outlet center.

I think you have to be hoplessly addicted to bargain hunting to start carrying around suitcases to shopping malls. Woodbury has some good buys, even though its nowhere near Woodbury. But I couldn't see myself spending a whole day there. Or, I couldn't see myself sitting on a bus for 2 1/2 hours just to shop. And maybe things have changed, but I/ve never seen anyone dragging a suitcase around there. I'd hate to see what these people bring to Fall River Mass.

I go to Woodbury Commons pretty often. I never bring a suitcase, I always think its funny to see people with them.

It tends to be people who are tourists....they bring like carry-on or large bags with wheels for stuff. So I'm sure you would definitely see other people with them especially on a busy day but for the most part local people don't bring them.
