I must pray at the temple several times daily.
Our lager,
Which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink,
Thy will be drunk,
(I will be drunk),
At home as I am in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
And forgive us our spillages,
As we forgive those who spill against us,
and lead us not to incarceration,
But deliver us from hangovers,
For thine is the beer,
The bitter and the lager,
Forever and ever,
Barmen.

Looks like you opened a can of worms. Some people can not comprehend Venerate and how it is different than Worship. Others chose to stay blinded to the fact that Catholics don't worship Mary out of hatred. Either way, anyone who knows Catholic Teaching and still claims that we worship Mary are doing it out of ignorance. IF the Catholic Church worshiped Mary, we would tell you that we do! We have a book with all of our beliefs in it, including the True presence of Christ in the Eucharist, that is a hard teaching and we don't lie about it, why would we lie about worshiping Mary? Fact is we don't worship Mary, if you study the history of the Catholic Church there have been some small splinter groups that did start treating Mary as Divine, they were promptly ex-communicated for heresy. Why would the Church ex-communicate people for doing what we believe? It wouldn't. So for all of you that insist that we worship Mary, hey, I used to be one of you until I studied the Catholic faith for myself. I suggest you do as well, you never know, you might be defending the Catholic Church a year from now! Peace be with you all!

Yes...
But I worship a "Protestant" branch of that religion...
We also incorporate Scotch, Tequila, and Vodka into the "Beer God" realm...
Makes for a more interesting "communion" at church...little shots of everything...and even wine and grapejuice for the wussies...
"All Hail the God...
"ALCOHOLOMASAUR"

Actually I'm a milk-worshipper myself...maybe we're just in different denominations of the same religion.

You are not alone. Many are like you drunkards of the world! I think it will be better for you if you would worship your liver instead.
