How do you extricate yourself from a relationship?

No easy way it will go badly no matter how you do it best way I have had it done to me was invited out for drinks after work and let me have it in the pub just like some bosses do it when they fire you from a job less chance of a scene that way

Just tell them straight up that you re not interested in them. Do it politely but firmly. Just dont play mind games with people, I really hate it when that sort of stuff goes on.
Edit:
Due to my being used to peoples terrible use of capitilization I misread the question when they were used correctly for a change.
Thats how I always do it anyway.

be honest...honest with yourself and honest with the other party involved....theres no easy way of letting a person down...but NO ONE needs to suffer any longer then need be..

i guess you have to psyche yourself to be really insensitive and not care a bit for the other person.
there's no easy way to break somebody's heart.

I've really only ever had one, so i have no clue & no matter how kind or what you say, if they love you
you will break their heart!!! *sigh*
