It appears to be a variation of an antenna known as a "flate plate feed" antenna, but after a quick search and considering it's DHL, I'd venture a guess and say it receives some sort of satellite data.

Incidentally, the "tail number" OO-DLC towards the rear indicates that the plane is registered in Belgium.
