6 thousand people die in the USA every year because of bee stings. thats two 911s per year . the threat of terrorism is so small that it would be like worrying about being struck by lightning on a daily basis and having our entire country talking about it every day our entire millitary looking for storm clouds, its insane.
drunk driving 18,000
murder 38,000
the alqaida cant keep up with us.
Should we drop 500 pound bombs on our local taverns?

Al Quaeda is an extremist group, and extremists are not known for relaxing. They will probably try to strike again, but people and governments are more aware of and prepared for the threat of terrorism, so I doubt they will succeed at doing much widespread damage.
