No i don't think he's too old, i'm 20 also.
But as long as your over the legal age you can have sex and do whatever you want with whoever you want!

That's pretty old. For me, it's not so much a question of age, but more about the people's place in life and their life goals. A 20-year-old has only been out of high school for a couple of years, and is hopefully going to college and just sort of starting out on her own. A 33-year-old has been independent for a longer time and is more likely established in a career. So it's not a good life match.
And if the guy is 33 and doesn't have a solid job, that's a big warning sign.

Definatly not too old...if you found someone that is sweet and attractive age would be the last thing I`d worry about...33 isnt old...just a little more mature

i no this is gonna sound CORNY! but lol hey if u like him he likes you who here (actully who anywere) has the right to stop you 2 form loveing each other .. like yeah some people might forwn but to be truthful its what you like to do or who u want to love its not up for other people to deicde weather or not you can date someone just becuase they at older then again you dont have to listen to me but eaither way goodluck with maken ur choice about him and if u guys get together gl with that =)

i think he is too old, but i am one who wants to date someone around my age and generation so we arent stuck explaining things we dont know about. but if you want to "pull a monica" (Friends reference, monica dated richard and they were 21 years apart) i guess it could happen. see what your personalities are like together if you have nothing in common or similar goals then just dont pursue anything. theyve had a lot more life experience than you. so think about it. hope this helps some.

Had the same situation with my manager and now that hes no longer my manager he asked me out and were the same distant in age apart as you. if you dont think its too old then it isnt...go for it.

i dont think your too young for him, bearing in mind the generation gap, if you were younger than you are i would say yes, but as you are 20,you are adult enough lol, give it a try and if you dont like, then dont go back lol
