are people in non-Christian religions deluding themselves if they believe that God (or gods) is answering their prayers because they are doing His will?
If so, would they try to explain the times that their deity (or deities) seemed to fail them by saying that their god has a plan for them that can't be grasped by humans?
Are their outlandish and logically contradictory beliefs often defended with the assertion that their deity can do anything because he is all-powerful -- conveniently squashing any possible argument?
Does any of this sound familiar?
