I don't think you need any formal training. I think clown college is a joke.

Yes, there are many clown colleges. Patrick Henry College; Liberty University; Oral Roberts Univ.; Bob Jones Univ.; etc.

There are schools, however, all you need to do is study Duhbyu and you will be able to get a basic feel for the profession. Just don't learn this skill and then switch careers and go into politics. They have an over supply of them already.

Not to my knowledge, learn som tricks, be entertaining, and come up with a unique persona.....also stay away from my friend that is deathly afraid of clowns.
