Tonight I have read some facts regarding Westcore Credit and their loan.I have been approved for a personal loan for $5000 and then they asked me to send them $500 as security deposit and unfortunately I did send money by wire transfer like 10 days ago.Since then ,I have not received my funds.I got very nervous and suspicious about it.I have called them many times and I have just been able to speak to Martin Sullivan.I could not even reach their customer service although I called them thousand times.I think , I am ripped off already and I am one of the victims in spite of the fact that they said they will transfer my funds into my account this Saturday.Now , I am just going to seek some legal advice...

It sounds like you were scammed. I would not expect to get your money back. As for legal advice, I think you just file a police report, not that it will matter, but at least there is a record of what happened.
Then send a copy of the police report to the state attorney general. Again, just to have a record, and if they get a lot of other complaints they may try to investigate.
Also you should complain to the wire transfer compnay. Again, just to have record of the problem.
