In response to your "whats up with her" question, I'm guessing that shes pissed as a result of your success in making her feel what you felt.
To solve the problem, you should just talk to her about it. Tell her how you feel about it and let the conversation lead you from there. Make sure that you start a fight though.

Note: Some people just like to make as many friends as possible instead of sticking with a small group of good friends. If your friend is like this, you just gotta give her some space. Sometimes she will change the way she acts to appeal to the crowd, then after, she will be your best friend again.
Some people are just like that.

Sorry, I'm not too great at explaining these things.

jealousy is not the way to go.
it leaves too much open to interpretation as to why you might be making her jealous. Unless she knows explicitly the why you are doing it and what you are trying to accomplish, it will only escalate the situation. Does she even know you're mad at her for snobing you? If this is normal for her why should she change it especially when she doesn't think its an issue.
I would suggest finding a more direct way of getting back at her and trying to resolve the issue. Keep it relevant and don't escalate it. Playing jokes work great if you can get her to laugh about it afterwards.

I'm totally buzzing at the moment, but it seems to me that she didn't like a taste of her own medicine. Now just let her know that you were doing what she always does to you and hopefully things clear up... Good Luck!!!

Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.
That's what happens when u do things JUST to prove a point. However, the situation is soo temporary!!

You should have just talked to her honestly about how you felt.
