Such a Princess has great ideas!!! As an appetizer, consider taramasolata with warm pita bread, or tzaziki, lentil soup or that flaming greek cheese they do table side. For main dish/side dish, I might add some lamb kabobs or chicken kabobs, roasted beets with goat cheese, or lemon potatos. Love Greek Food!

Tabouli....it is a mediterranian salad made mostly of finely chopped up parsley (Italian parsley is the best), fine course burgul (located in many large grocery stores nationwide), splash of olive oil (evo), juice of lemon to taste and salt. To add a bit of color you can add chopped up tomatoe and cucumber in it. It usually is served with lettuce leaves (used to cup the spoonfuls of salad). The burgul needs to soak for about 5 to 10 minutes...then drain before adding to the mixture. Some also enjoy finely chopped onions and/or spearment added to the salad. Enjoy!

depends on how heavy you want the meal to be
I would suggest a nice rocket salad, keep it simple and make a balsamic dressing for it...
