Yes, with a long time friend, and it ended terribly...we no longer speak.

I dated a guy for a year and a half, then he moved away so we broke up. We both still had the feelings though, so when we'd see each other we'd hook up. It worked for us, cause we're still friends. I think it really depends on the relationship that you have with the person. Some people just can't handle it.

It doesnt work she was one of my best friends nd one of the few who i could trust nd now we barely talk. its just a hi when ever we see each other thats it. I would trade anything in the world to have my best friend back. A best friend is way more important than having someone 2 make out with when ur bored

Yes and it has worked out for quite a few years. As long as we know up front that if things change for either of us we tell the other. Maturity is a must in a relationship like this.

That is just a nice name for a booty call, and it rarely works out. Someone generaly gets hurt. One or the other starts caring too much, or one of them starts feeling used. If you want to keep your friendship, don't fall into that trap.

Honestly, it usually works only if you don't care if the friendship ends in the long run.

It very rarely goes friends->friends with benefits->friends
