we cant use cellphones on planes since the signalling would interupt the navigation system and communications unit on the plane. The FAA requires all cell phones to be off during flight. So you have to turn it off and you cant play games. there is also an "airplane mode" on some cellphones that cut off all wireless interation so the user can use the applications on it. But because the FAA has not reviewed it, the phone must stay off even in airplane mode.

It interferes with the equipment needed to fly the plane - as you will know if you listen to the announcements and read the info that is in all the flight magazines and cards in the front of your seat.
On the ground far too many people chatter into their little phone in an enclosed space, completely ignoring the fact that they are loud enough for everyone around to hear every detail about their little life... how much worse would that be on a plane, where you cannot escape the chatter. It's just plain impolite, unless it's an emergency. That goes for beeping games, too.
Read a book.

In the air there is a problem of the cell phone using multiple cell sites simultaneously or may switch between mutiple cites rapidly. There may also be a problem of frequency interference with the airplane's radio navigation receivers.

It can mess up the frequency they use. If you have a newer cell phone You can keep it on and your phone will automatically give you a no signal. so yes you can play games ect. NONE that involve the internet however.

definite you pays interest to in difficulty-free words the song element of the Juke. yet all prompt positive factors (texting, e-mail, internet) must be grew to develop into off the whole flight. it really is antagonistic to federal rules to operate any device wirelessly at the same time as the airplane is interior the air. good success
