Don't worry, hopefully it is something that can be corrected. Don't get yourself worked up because it will only make it worse. I am not sure what your religious beliefs are, but I was raised that God doesn't give us anymore than we can handle, even if we don't think we can handle it, we really can. You will be in my prayers, and I wish you the best.

It's very, very possible that there's nothing at all wrong. Just because your doctor wants to see you doesn't mean there's a problem. Your doctor probably just wants to make sure that you understand the results since CT scans can be kind of confusing. I had them done because I have chronic sinus problems and the doctor met with me to tell me that my sinuses are fine except for an area of chronic infection. No big deal and he had some suggestions for how I could fight the infection without medication, since it's a chronic thing.

It may be difficult to get through the next few hours. Talk to parents or a friend about your concerns. Try some positive self-talk in which you just keep repeating that you are fine, and there is nothing to worry about. Take a warm bath, and when you go to bed turn on a fan or radio it may help you sleep. Good luck.

When you are sent for CT scan they always have appt to discuss results good or bad. Perhaps you were given CT scan to rule out something and it has been ruled out..and maybe she is going to talk to you about your anxiety!

what ever you do....do not panic. if you feel worried try watching tv, just not medical show, when i worry i use mindless destruction to calm my self. tearing a few pillows from the 99 cent store isn't to bad. don't let i get the best of you, and if you wanna sleep at night i use sorta a remedy before i go to bed. take a shower before you go to bed, make sure its hot to where you skin turn pink, then suddenly turn it to the coldest setting. after i like to get ready for bed by brushing teeth ect. when i lie down i take a damp wash cloth and place it over my eyes. it makes me sleepy, good luck

Don't work yourself up just so quickly yet, thinking about surgery and all. If she tells you something is wrong, you should be grateful that it was found so that you can take care of it early on. Good luck!

What ever the problem, take it to God, pray, and leave it in his hands. Worrying is a tool of the enemy.
