why will 666 be in the right hand and not the left or why not just the for head-everyone has one?

Here is a little fun speculation for you. Tell me what you think. It is only an idea.
If you live in the middle east you must have an identification card to travel about and buy or sell things. On that card you are identified..... Christian...... Jew...... Suni........ Shiite..... Hindu.....
You must present that card at a traffic stop!
Anyone lacking a right hand to produce that card has already been identified as an infidel. That's right, maybe the hand was lost because of an accident at work. No fears. Identity can also be pulled from the mind. Perhaps the pronounced bump on the forehead from habitual prayer will serve.
It is curious why religious affiliation must be printed on an identification card. Such a thing is not required in my country.

An interesting observation, in Roman numerals 666 comes out as DCLXVI - descending sequence of the first five. Far more satisfying than 666, I think. So do you think the beast is going to use Roman or Arabic numerals? Or even Greek!?

Maybe John of Patmos thought it was more aesthetically pleasing to have it on the hand (or the beast didn't want to be too ostentatious - didn't want to show off too much).

Many Christian Churches don't rate Revelations too highly, and it is one of the more dubious books in the Christian Canon.

I believe they are already working on a small micro chip that can be easily inserted under the skin that can hold all information about you and your acounts. It would be very easy to start the numbers of these computer chips with 666. They will probably give you a choice were you want it , but realize the system that will behind it will be part of the antichrist

The right hand or arm is a symbol of power. Hence the saying " My right hand man."
666 isn't literally written on the right hand in ths case. So this mean's though no the head, it's still in position of great power.

It won't be either. 666 was the number of Nero, whom John was writing about in Revelation. The Jewish people had a system of numbers that corresponded to the names, and most of Revelation deals with the beast/antichrist of Rome and Nero. During the time of Nero, people were commanded to have their hand or forehead stamped with this Roman symbol showing that they worshiped the emperor which would allow them to buy or sell in the market place. That no longer applies to us.

We cannot buy or sell in this world unless we involve ourselves in its economies. We have idolized the almighty dollar, prostrating ourselves before it, and worshipping all it can do for us.
