I'm a hippie - I paint. I watch Dexter. I eat popcorn. I wear tie-dye and listen to the Greatful Dead.
(Part of that is true. Of course there are still hippies!)

Hippies were started when the "free/open sex movement" came about in the 60's. I don't think there's hippies anymore.

hippies? gee... only a couple thousand of those left, an endangered species. well, if hippies stay true to their known behaviors they create art, make music, wear hemp cloths, eat organic, try to save the world and make love not war.
