As you grow up you will go through various stages and changes in attitude and behaviour, as well as physical appearance. Some of these changes may not be pleasant for you or others. You may be confused and act in ways you can't explain or understand, then in a few weeks or months it may all change. Just try to remember that we always have a choice in what we do and say and how we act. If you feel that something is "weird" try to become more concious of it, stop and think quietly before you do it. It may help you become more aware of your behaviour.

I hope this is a serious question.
Have you started your period yet? My sister and I both love chocolate and sweets before our cycles. Some people think it's a myth, but for us it's held true for 15 years. I'm a total maniac when my period is on it's way. I get angry easily, don't want to talk to anybody and am easily irritated by things that don't usually bother me.
If you think this it what you are going through, you should seek some advice from your Mom. She knows all about it.

You are just having growing pains you are fine. Slow down try and think before you speak. Try not to share EVERY thought you have especially if it is ugly towards someone else even if you are mad.
It is OK to occasionally indulge in Choco try not to make it your main diet like the rest of us lol. Don't worry if you cannot do all of this at once it is a life long lesson. Don't be to hard on yourself we all are a work in progress.

You are normal. Hormones, and the age of becoming a teen. Good luck. I was slapped by my mom more times than I can remember up to 14yo. But I have to admit, I deserved everyone of those whacks................

Sounds like your hormones are kicking in and you're hitting puberty. It's all normal. You should be able to talk to your mom or another adult female you trust about it if you have any questions.
