My EX and me broke up on 25th Oct. the breakup was mutual and after that he totally avoids me (we are in same office). I have returned al his gifts, but he is not ready to return mine. He says I wont return you those gifts coz I am not feeling like giving those back to you. He is also wearing the friendship band I gave him on last Friend Day. He don’t talk to me, even if I call him or msg him he don’t reply then why he is doing all this with my gifts and band. I am confused

He doesn't care. He will go bragging to his buddies about all the "gifts" you lavish on him. Alot of younger generation men are this way. Selfish, narcissistic, and unappreciative. They will use their own momma. Good riddance !

If your break up was 'mutual' why are still trying to be involved with him? Why not accept your losses and move on to another, BETTER relationship with someone else?
You seem Co-dependent to me and this is a condition that you need to repair soon's possible. If that seems to steep, get to work on your low self-esteem and bring it up to higher/healthier so you won't be a victim again.
