Good for the person who is taking the course for he will usually learn laws, rules of the road, risks in driving, how to drive, how to park and how to keep a car under control. Prior to having driver's courses in the high school, father had to teach his sons to drive, know the rules of the road and take them to Motor Vehicles Dept. so they could be tested. Driver's Ed in high school was a better venue.
