What's great is that you don't start over. You get to choose to live differently given all the things you have learned up to now.

It is definitely possible to transform yourself at any age as long as you commit to it. I am a Life Coach and I work with clients every day that are taking the steps to lead the life they always wanted. I myself have done the same and am ever so glad I chose to do it.

Don't wait. You always have a choice. Figure out what you want and take the steps to get there. You will regret it if you don't.

Be well.

I started my life over again at 27.

I was miserable, depressed, drug and alcohol abusing, college drop out, going from one minimum wage job to another. My girlfriend just dumped me; she said I wasn't going anywhere with my life and I should go back to college. I realized she was right.

I got treatment for my depression, converted to a different religion, quit eating meat, drinking and taking any kind of recreational drugs. I went back to college and studied hard. Got a degree in three years, graduated at 30 and got a pretty good job. Life hasn't been perfect after that, but it certainly has been a lot better.

Life can be successful at any time and after any setback as long as you believe in yourself and have support from friends and family around you.

One does not start over at thirty, it's reinventing ones self. Many things changed in my life just before I turned thirty and my life became more focused on my profession, caring for my children and helping my mom. Just before I turned forty, I struggled in many ways that strengthened my character and made me more independant.
I think everyone has to periodically evaluate where their life is going and make changes to achieve goals we set for our self.
I am very happy with many aspects of my life, confused about a few things and frustrated with some. All in all, life is good, but I still have things I want to achieve.
