In order to simplify Thankgiving dinner, I was hoping to use a par-baked (or ready made) pumpkin pie and pecan pie. What are the best ones?

I often buy Banquet because they're fairly inexpensive, and they're not bad at all. I think Mrs. Smiths are probably the "best".

I am assuming you ar talking frozen pies that need to be baked. I'm not a Pecan fan, but our family love Mrs. Smiths deep dish pumpkin pies.

Doesn't your pre-made crust come in an aluminum pan? I thought they usually did. Well, if yours doesn't then yes, you'll need to put it into a pie pan. Then what kind of canned pumpkin do you have? Is it solid-pack 100% pure pumpkin? If it is, then you'll need to add sugar, spices, milk, and eggs. If it's 'pumpkin pie filling' then you just need to add eggs and milk. For one pie you'll need 2 large eggs and one 12-ounce can evaporated milk. There should be a good recipe on the back of the pumpkin can, if not, try the link below for recipes and tips.
