Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way of expressing Religous practices, such as being humble, doing the right thing, etc. in a word or two. This is because i need to relate that the priest influenced a character in the story to act more religous, that had an inffluence of hope .

I think they might be religous practices but i dont think thats quite it. Please help?

Humility is about ther personality. Doing the right thing is about leadership. Nothing to do with religion.
Religious people need not be always the people who are humble and be always doing the right things.

This is actually easier than you might think..

If you have ever had a job.. that you like (or don't like) you understand that you can become humble to get the job in the first place. Humbling is a practice that we have all come to live by. However, pride and ego are what we have learned. We just have to keep ourselves in check from time to time, or God shows us in ways that He feels suited for His children.. just like any other parent.

This is why it is important to have Faith (TRUE faith). Meaning not to let someone tell you what to do and what not to do..
"What makes a good "leader" is someone who doesn't set themselves above others, ONLY in carrying tasks".

Here's what I have come to find myself in the "midst" of my Faith.. I am a choreographer and dancer by trade, but I have come to incorporate the scriptures within my teachings...

Everyone has their own way, and taking confidence in what and HOW you believe it to be true is on an INDIVIDUAL basis. Religious leaders should only "guide" you.. not TELL you what to do. They do not live your life.. YOU AND GOD live your life!
