no. all probation and what not MUST be fully completed before you can even begin the process. even unsupervised.
and regardless of what a prior answerer said: you cannot get probation reduced or canceled for the sole purpose of enlisting. the recruiter is not allowed to help you in any way, and if the judge writes on the court documents that fines/probations/whatever are reduced or suspended so that you can enlist.. he just disqualified you from enlisting period.

What are you on probation for? you may connect the army mutually as on unsupervised probation for some minor crimes that are listed in AR (military regulation) 601-210, financial disaster 4-37: 4–37. Unsupervised probation a. Applicant could enlist if at the instant on unsupervised probation for particular nonviolent offenses and offered the guy has no limit of stream, has paid all fines, and has carried out all others situations (which comprise community provider or restitution), and no added court docket action is pending or meditated. b. The offenses that prepare to this rule are right here: (a million) All minor site visitors offenses as listed in para 4–8. (too many to checklist right here even though it particularly is frequently stuff like speeding, driving with out coverage, or failing to sign) (2) particular conventional minor nontraffic offenses, as listed in para 4–9. those offenses are limited to: (a) Curfew violation. (b) unfavorable highway signs and indications. (c) Disorderly habit (unique can charge); transforming into a disturbance; boisterous habit. (d) Dumping refuse close to a highway. (e) leaping a turnstile (to comprise those States that adjudicate leaping a turnstile as petty larceny). (f) Juvenile adjudications (previous parental administration), incorrigible, runaway, truant, or wayward. (g) Littering. (h) Loitering. (i) purchase, possession, or intake of alcoholic liquids or tobacco products via a minor. (j) Robbing an orchard. (ok) Vagrancy. (l) Violation of fireworks regulation. (m) Violation of fish and sport regulations. (n) Violation of leash regulations. in the adventure that your probation exchange into supervised or it does not fall decrease than something listed above then you won't have the capacity to connect top now. you may get with your criminal expert to work out if the choose will shorten it yet you may't get it dropped just to connect. in case you do and your paperwork reflects that then you are ineligible for enlistment. one greater element to contemplate is that in case you commited a criminal, in case you have a drug conviction, or in case you have an substantial different and young ones violence conviction you may't connect even after your probation is finished.

okay here is the thing you have a record ...you will have to get a waiver already for that....thats why they wouldn't want to have to deal with the whole probation thing...i understand what unsupervised probation is...but here is something talk to a recuiter...get all your stuff set.... have them talk to your probation officer and then the judge..... you can get relase from your probabtion early then all is a go with the military.... just make sure everything is paid off all court fines and things....once that is done you should be good ..ya know some ppl used to have a choice military or jail when it came to sentacing..maybe this will help hope it does take care

as far as the army is concerned you CANNOT even begin to process as long as you have even an open parking ticket let alone unsupervised probation. there is no kind of waiver for this either!

Not for the Marine Corps. Only when the probationary period is over, then you can join. This goes for outstanding warrants and unpaid traffic tickets or future court appearances. I doubt there is a waiver for this.
