So that if the shorts come down while swimming or moving the guy isn't publicly exposed. Or even if just slightly, his *** crack won't show. Also an extra layer helps if the guy gets "excited"

For one, not all swimsuits have the liner thing in them, surfing type shorts for instance. Two, maybe they bring another pair of boxers to change back into. Three, maybe they free ball after P.E. who knows? Four, it shouldnt really matter what some other people are doing, if you dont feel like wearing boxers under your swim shorts, dont. Go with whatever makes you more comfortable.

They don't want to tie the swimtrunks up and have some underwear exposed because it goes with the sagging style like with pants. It is stupid, I agree because then they have to put another pair of boxers on after they are done swimming.

i do no longer know, I confident do no longer try this. possibly that's to help cover thier ummm...concern? you recognize....unusual issues ensue to that concern whilst that's in water or whilst they see a warm female. The boxers would desire to help cover those themes. Or, possibly they are apprehensive their friends will "pants" them and that they determine the boxers will nevertheless cover their products if it happens????

it can be very uncomfortable.......chafing from the webbing of the bathing suit is uncomfortable, and yes, most of us DO take of the boxers to change. also, if we happen to have a wardrobe malfunction, we have extra cover :P

i dunno... i usually don't wear anything under my bathing suit unless i'm gonna be in it a long time like at the beach or a water park. yeah it's a little uncomfortable but it's better than that inlining stuff they like to put in them. if i odn't cut it out it gets to be like a cheese grater with all those little holes and the rubbing.... sorry that was a little more graphic than it needed to be but whatever.

I've never seen or heard of anyone doing this. I suppose they are embarrassed that something may slip?
