how do you pronounce this in russian?

its the last name "Bulgach"

It will sound like Boolguch. It is a Serbian last name not Russian.

However, if you've misspelled it, and it is Bulgack instead ( sounds in English like Boolguck ), then it is Ukrainian.

are you sure that this is the real name?
maybe you meant "Bulgakov". then this is the name of a Russian writer.
