How did the argument go from "evolution doesn't exist" to "animals evolve but not humans" to "god created evolution?"

p.s. "Evolution" is not a fact but change in species has been proven.

Science has pretty well proven that the universe was not created in six 24-hour days. Evolution is basically a way to describe God's creation in the absence of a God. Adaptation and natural selection are what happens when a species has to adapt to changes in their environment.

It is worse than that. Most people accept the idea that one theory can be applied to another with the weight of law to prove the second theory. Anyone who disagrees with the know-it-all kids today is just plain stupid or the product of a repressed, brain-washed childhood. Making even that worse is the habit of polling those same kids to determine the location of true intelligence. I'm telling you, the hand basket is not big enough.
Change is happening on both sides of the fence. In the end it will be recognized that the theory of evolution is not the argument that will undo God. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Changes in species (as mentioned within a Macroevolution aspect) have not been proven, merely surmised. Only changes within the availablilty of genetic material, have we seen evolution proven. This is called Microevolution, which NO ONE denies. Not even the ID crowd. As for the evolution of the evolution theory...no clue. I was unaware there were people who thought in fragments like that, but I can see how that could be conceived.

These are not arguments held by the same people, but rather different people's belief. Don't forget the only person to prove evolution ( micro evolution) was a monk.

I will tell you how mate. Christian 'truths' tend to occupy those ever decreasing places where science has not yet established itself. Thus, as science progressed to prove evolution, it ushered religion out of its way. And so this will continue to happen until either christianity is finally non-existent or until christians start to dispute that physical evidence is more reliable than dogmatic scripture.

If man evolved from apes,,,why are there still apes? where is the missing link,,,,,how do two plants that need each other to survive,,,,evolve separately from each other.... Evolution is not proven....not by a long shot...

It is because Christians are too wimpy to stand up for themselves anymore. The Catholic Church which staunchly holds onto its prolife, antihomosexual and no women in the church stance for some reason fears to argue against the fallacies of evolutionary theory.

Ever since Christians lost the "world is flat" argument, they have run for the hills in any argument about "science."
