Lewi's 1-2 was pretty good but I can name a few that were better. Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey, Gene Tunney, Joe Louis, Sonny Liston, Muhammad Ali, and Larry Holmes.
P.S. Lennox Lewis beat an old and slow version of Mike Tyson, by the time they fought Tyson wasn't the same "Iron Mike" that tore through the Heavyweight divison in the 80s. The 1-2 Leiws landed on Hasim Rahman in their rematch was textbook perfect.

I really liked Lennox Lewis`s style. He was one on the greats. Very underrated though, too bad. I loved George Forman. He was soooo powerful.

I think Iron Mike Tyson was the heaviest puncher before, best 2-3 rounders in history, for his height 5'11" 220 lbs,sad to say this guy went wacko, poor management.Lennox Lewis is a giant 6'5",very long reach, less TKO than TYson's record.

"Toughguy"is right. the term "Give Em The Ole One Two" came from "Joe Lewis's" corner. he had it down to an art. look at his fight with "Billy Cohn". Cohn kicked his butt GOOD for the whole 14 rounds. all he had to do was stay away and the 15th and he won. And this guy was a Light Heavyweight! he messed up, thought he was tough enough to get in there for that 15th and go toe to toe with Lewis all the sudden one left, two RIGHT! it was such a hard blow i think that Cohn just got up day before yesterday, lol. But seriously, Most definitely, ole Joe Lewis had the patent on the 1-2 punch. There's allot of others who are good also, and I am not taking from these guys, But just look at some of Joe's old fights. I'll tell ya another 1-2 he killed a guy with. that was the 2nd Schmelling fight. My God i thought he was gonna tear his head from his body with that right after that left! what a blow! Schmellings head shook like a speed-bag, and down and out he went. try to see some of his old fights if you get a chance. you be the judge. hope this helped! Toughguy is correct.. The Brown Bomber had power in both hands and was one of the best finishers in boxing history. These days you will see boxers let other boxers off the hook when they hurt their opponent. Louis when he knew you were hurt, you were done.

The Brown Bomber Joe Louis in my opinion had the best one two punch in boxing history when he landed that jab that snapped back his opponents head followed by that crushing right hand all timed perfectly and on the point of the chin, then timber!!!!!!
