my boyfriend says he can't comment me but comments other girls?

Question

my bf always says he can't comment me on myspace cuz he hardly goes on.
but when a girl just says 'hey'
he comments that girl back. its annoying

and he recently told me his ex tried to ask him to 'hang out' recently. he says he didn't..but i have a weird feeling he did..

and he only calls me late at night is that a bad thing?
what does this mean?

He does not sound like such a good BF. I good BF could take the whole five seconds to comment on your page. And late at night calls just has him 'busy' all day...
