Baptism- in any denomination does not "save" you. Giving your life to Christ and allowing Him to be the Lord of your life saves. Baptism is an act of obedience that follows the salvation experience.

Most likely they do not believe in Heaven or Hell, so they probably don't worry much, even though they should. Good works in the flesh are worthless to God. If you are unforgiven, your sins not forgiven by the work of Christ on the cross, then you will have to pay for your sins to satisfy God's holiness and righteousness. In God's economy, one sin equals breaking the whole of the law, and there must be a payment for your sin. Either you are saved, redeemed and forgiven totally by Christ's work on the cross, or you die in your sins and face the penalty. There is no other option available.

If you don't believe in Jesus Christ as your savior, don't worry, be assured you are going to hell.
