I like him, but dont know what to say?

ok i work at a daycare.. there is this single dad that comes in alot.. i think he is so cute and i would love to get to know him but i dont know what to say because that is my job :(
he always smiles at me and i smile at him
but its still my job
please someone telll me what to do

Ask him about his child. If he's one of the good guys, he'll love to talk about his child. Good dads will gush about their children.
