tea! woot woot! wadada woot woot! it will bring you well being , speed up your metabolism, fight cravings, fight fat cells,you can sweeten it with honey, a splash of milk, yumm, that's what you SHOULD drink, but if you want to drink the chemicalised, sugar processed, no nutrition soda, go ahead, throw your health down the toilet, but if you do decide to drink the soda, promise me you'll atleast drink a cup of tea first.... =)

If you are looking for a caffeine buzz, then go with the Mountain Dew. That stuff should have you wired in about 2 minutes and then you can crash in a couple hours and go to sleep.
