Yes, a few times. Of course I like the resurrection, because it is how we gained our salvation. I guess the Christmas account in Luke chap. 2 brings a tear to my eye because I flash back to Sunday School Christmas presentations when I was child and also contemplate all the junk that Jesus knew he would endure in coming to earth, but came anyhow. I also like the last part of Revelation (Rev 21:4 and following) where all believers are taken to heaven and God wipes away every tear. It assures me that no matter how crazy things may get, God is in control and we will be with Him in Heaven. In various places I like to meditate on the infinite love God has for us. Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed unto us that we should be called the sons of God.... 1 John 3:1 If you have not done it, I would recommend you start with the New Testament first. The OT is good too, but the NT is a bit easier to read and is shorter. God Bless!

Yes, I've read the entire Bible. My favorite in the Old Testament would have to be David & Jonathan's friendship. They had great respect and love for each other. My favorite part in the New Testament would have to be in Revelation, where Jesus returns on a white horse as the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. God bless you!!!

Yes I have read the entire Bible, more then once.
My favorite book the Song of Songs (also called the Song of Solomon) it is all about love.
It is also quite racy in its allegory.

Cover to cover is the worst way to read the Bible. The Bible is not linear. It is in my opinion better to go from part to part that relates specifically to each other or something in your life at that point.

Yup; I've read the entire Torah/Tanakh, New Testament, Quran, and a number of other religious texts. As far as the Jewish scriptures go, I like Proverbs. There's a lot of wisdom there, and most of it is just good common sense, and doesn't have all that much to do with religion.

Yes. Favorites are Psalms & Proverbs. I think if you read 4 or 5 chapters each night, you can read it in a year. I have read it my whole life, science confirms it & so does archeology. It is mans early history. It is so interesting & it has many applications for today, it's timeless. It would be nice if people made comments that were more respectful, it's not rubbish.

I've read the whole bible about 10 times and each part is very interesting. I especially like the book of Hebrews and Philippians.

I've read Genesis through Revelation (uhg, including the begats!) twice. I guess I like the story of Jephthah and his daughter, plus the story of the she bear that shredded a bunch of kids for making fun of Elijah's baldness the best.

The suicidal pigs are sort of fun too.

I love reading it to look for the truth through the inaccuracies. I also love comparing it with history and archeology. bible history and archeology are among my favorite subjects because the truth flies in the face of christian dogma. I love genesis, exodus, gideon, the crucifixion and revelations.

It really depends on what's going on in my life.
The only part of the bible that I ALWAYS feel the same way about are the books of Numbers and Leviticus. They're just so tedious!
