Milk, eggs, white sugar, flower, mayo, and hot coco packets and baking soda, olive oil and a little bit of canola oil. What can I do with these?? Thank you!

Big Mama's Tea Cakes recipe

1 cup oil
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 hot coco packets
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
Sugar

Place oil in a large mixer bowl . Add the 1 1/4 cups sugar and coco packets; beat until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well.

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Add to beaten mixture alternately with milk. Drop by large rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.

Sounds to me like you've got the perfect ingredients for pancakes!

Fluffy & Light Pancakes

2 1/4 cups Self-Rising Flour
1/4 c melted butter or margarine
2 tsp. sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs, separated

Combine Flour, margarine, sugar, milk, and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff. FOLD egg whites into batter. Cook on greased griddle.

Not much! I do hope though that you have flour and not flower. Hard to make cookies with oil and not solid shortening (butter or margarine). It a texture thing.

do you have self rising flour or not? i would make muffins - much easier!
