Up until recent times, it is about 20 percent.
Lately though, with all the C02 humans have added to our atmosphere, about 20 percent.

20 percent-ish. I can imagine that the absolute, exact percentages fluctuate all of the time. If you breathe pure oxygen always or often enough, you could have difficulty breathing normally, because of the way your lungs adapt. Can it be a peanut butter cookie?

It is the same 19% it always has been. Assorted gases make up almost another percent and nitrogen is about 80%.
Adding CO2 to the atmosphere does not add breathable oxygen to the atmosphere.

I'm not aware of any number but if I get your meaning, the amount of oxygen our lungs absorb from the air we inhale? I understand it is not much. Only a tiny amount is taken in. So, what we exhale is almost the same as what we inhale. The lungs are apparently not very efficient.

I know this because when you certified to scuba dive, you have to know what percentage oxygen is in your tank. A tank i had filled with just normal compressed air was 21%
