blood too because its saint plus the organs thats why we are not sopposed to eat nothing that has blood

Im not the biblical type. But I guessing when you slaughter the animal, if you dont clean out the animal properly, it will taint the meat. You would want to stay way from the gall badder, lower instestines and such.
certain organs contain bacteria that could spoil the meat.

Since god doesn't exist, we might consider what the author of Leviticus wanted. In all probability he wanted the choice cuts of meat.

look dude....someone slipped in a few chapters that weren't supposed to be there. i turned some water to wine...had a little too much...i look back, and there's leviticus. it was a terrible practical joke. i blame judas. kind of like where you etch your senior thesis in tablet...and you never notice when your roommate puts the F word right in the middle. man, we had some good water/wine parties.
