instinct says definite you nevertheless decelerate once you notice a patrol automobile, that's purely organic to attain this (once you're rushing). and don't think that purely considering the fact which you're an off accountability officer which you won't be able to get a value tag, i know of dissimilar circumstances. yet, definite there is likewise a robust possibility you will no longer get noted in case you identity your self in a expert way. And final yet no longer least, that little sticky label in the window......get genuine. Do you definitely think of that an officer with any consumer-friendly experience could positioned something on his own vehicle that stands proud and says "howdy i'm A COP" on it. that's what i could want, a sticky label that shall we each and every little clever @ss gangster wanna be know that my automobile belongs to a cop. no longer good whilst the family contributors is using it or whilst left sitting in a automobile park or in front of your place. maximum companies purely permit you sign in your vehicle license quantity so as that it will come back to the corporation you paintings for whilst an officer calls in the plate.

Depends on the violation, the severity of it, the person's attitude, etc.
Basically the same things I use to judge if I am going to write ANYONE a citation. I have written tickets to other LEOs and some I have let off....just like I do with the general public.

Yes they will, and two interesting cases I know of in WI, on a Police Chief crashed while he was on duty, state patrol issued him a ticket because his license was expiered. In another a cop near Green Bay, Wi wrote himself for following to close when he rear-ended a car while on patrol.
