To muslim's reposnder, if you said that female muslim is forbidden to marry non-muslim male, please tell me what your supporting reference is !

If it is a fatwa, then it is not a must to follow.

Yes.

Catholics are allowed to marry just about anyone even Muslims.

Mixed marriage have to get permission from the bishop because the Church recognizes the tremendous challenge the couple will have ahead of them.

This assumes that this happens in a country that has freedom of religion. This would be illegal in a country ruled by Sharia (Islamic Law).

With love in Christ.

You say "Christian/Catholic" as if they're the same. They're not. You should ask your priest for the right answer.

However, regardless of what the Catholic church says it's a bad idea to enter into marriage without common religious beliefs. It's only going to cause problems for a long time.

You both belong to religions that don't like to lose members. If you convert to Islam your family will probably disown you. It's not as bad if she converts to Catholicism because women are pretty much baggage in her religion, but Muslims consider you an infidel, and it's unlikely they'll be able to respect her if she marries a Christian or a Jew.

This is a rocky road you're headed down.

Muslim women are prohibited from marrying anyone who is not a muslim. You will be hard pressed to find a father who would agree to hand over his daughter to a non believer. Muslim men are allowed to marry christian and jews if and IF they could not find a muslim woman to marry. If he married a christian or jew she does not have to convert but she must be aware that the kids HAVE to be raised muslim.

The quran is my reference and it depends on who is giving the fatwa whether it is followed or not. Not anyone can give a fatwa.

She CANNOT marry you.

If we go by the Bible:
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14)." Sure there is a possibility that she may convert to Christianity but it is a small chance. Consider this... you believe that Christ is the only way to heaven, but she doesn't believe in God, or any part of the Bible. So then how do you deal with that?

In the Catholic-Christian Tradition (and yes Catholics ARE Christians), only one of you needs to be Catholic in order to be married in the Church ( and it would be a Sacramental marriage). However, you would both have to agree that any children resulting from the marriage would be raised as Catholics. Would she be willing to do that?

Yes, but only ONE. Regardless of gender, Christianity does not support polygamy. Polygamy is a concept which appeases the desire of men to be like lustful dogs and have multiple sexual partners, to keep their sex life interesting.

The Church will recognize the marriage, but will not consider it sacramental, because one of the parties does not agree or know about the sacramental nature of marriage.
