Not all religions who use the word mean the superguy who made and directs everything. Enough sects regard the ubiquitous life force as God, Some Buddhists see even the tiniest speck of dust as being part of life without needing the concept of intervention and detailed guidance, even they don't call that God, it is the same idea. Hindus use the word when they use English, even though it seems to be close to a potential to merge into the ubiquitous without individual consciousness. In that sense, yes. In the sense of the 7 day tinkerer, no

The same as it is possible for a blind person to speak face to face with someone without seeing their face. This phrase " face to face" means personally, directly, intimately. Moses had this kind of unmediated relationship with God. But he, like all the other mortals, never saw the " face ( essence ) of God directly
I hope this helped. Let the Holy Spirit of God to guide you.

Every time I look into the faces of my children. That's all the god I need.
Edit:LMAO@Conan!!!! In keeping with the Bible theme, does that make you God's brother? After all, you were not your brother's keeper...

If you remember with Adam and Eve
8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the LORD God called to the man, "Where are you?"
Then there was Enoch.
Genesis 5:22
And after he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters.
Genesis 5:24
Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.
Exodus 33
11 The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend.
Exodus 33
18 Then Moses said, "Now show me your glory."
19 And the LORD said, "I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the LORD, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 20 But," he said, "you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live."
21 Then the LORD said, "There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock. 22 When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. 23 Then I will remove my hand and you will see my back; but my face must not be seen."
