In Christianity, yes

But there are millions of god, just like there are millions of fictional books.

Jesus is considered 'a god or a little god' by the Jehovah's Witness, making it one and a half God. On the other hand generally Christians believe that Jesus is God. He is not God the Father, nor God the Holy Spirit, but Jesus is God the Son because God is a title and not a name, ascribing to the omni-potent, omni-science and omni-presence of the God head.

No Jesus is not considered a God. There is only one God, who we call God. Jesus is our Messiah or God's son who was born of the virgin Mary. As Christians we believe in the trinity which consists of three parts; God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that they are all as one whole, but Jesus is not a God. He is technically a form of God.

Regardless what others say... these verses prove there are 2.
How can anybody even God stand beside himself.

Acts 7:55
But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Acts 7:56
And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Romans 8:34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

The fact that Jesus said he and the Father are one is like a married man and woman are one.

Jesus is Gods Son, He has full authority given to Him by God and right now Jesus is at Gods right hand but in the beginning they existed together in the Trinity...God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Blessings to you and Happy Thanksgiving.

Well, Jesus was considered to be a "son of God," which in the vernacular of the time and location, meant something like having a divine nature. Sort of like when you call someone a son of a b****, you don't mean that literally, you just mean that they have a b****y nature. Coincidentally, Jesus said that we all are children of God.

Jesus never said he was a God. He repeated many times that he was the "son of man", maybe trying to avoid any misunderstanding in the future! If he were God, he wouldn't have left any trace of doubt in it among his direct followers, but in reality, none of them worshipped him.

There is only One God, the God of Jesus, Moses, and Muhammad.

Peace/salaam.

The trinity is God the Father, God the Son , and God the Holy Ghost.

You have God, God in the flesh, and God in the Spirit. ONE GOD

Yes, Jesus is 'a' god, but so is 'the Father', AND the 'Holy spirit'. They call it 'The Holy trinity', or God in Three. You see they are NOT separate gods, but ONE. Look at GOD as being like an egg-- THREE separate parts, but ONE egg (AND ONE PERFECT PACKAGE!!!)

According to Christian orthodoxy, there is only ONE God in THREE persons (the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit). This dogma is called the mystery of the Holy Trinity.
